About The Autodidactic Polymath

Well I envisioned this blog as being a mix self-improvement / fitness blog. I am a curious person and I like asking questions to find out what other people think about things, or if they think about them at all. I am an engineer in my training, so, I go around looking at things to see if we can make them better. That is why I added some puzzles and discussions to the blog. The discussions and puzzles are not meant to be solved they are to spark discussion.
